EL DESARROLLO LOCAL Y LA FORMACIÓN DE LA COMPETENCIA PEDAGÓGICA DE EMPRENDIMIENTO. UNA NECESIDAD EN EL CONTEXTO SOCIAL DE CUBA

Updated management leading to enhance and strengthen local development in Cuba goes through a proper identification and use of endogenous resources, from the local level must be achieved with intelligence, leadership and independence of action, the latter involving a change in the conception of the local public administration, which must have the privileges necessary to operate under this principle. The role of University in the process of local development is, among others, form the necessary human talent so that men with high capacity of entrepreneurship energize and materialize the aspiration, to diagnose inadequacies and competencies for training to direct actors and indirect which guarantee the proper understanding of the need, the opportunity and the real possibilities for the development of the country represents a self-sufficient economy based on a new role assumed by the local society. Popular participation is the basis of the process, here the importance of the management of the municipal governments, which are integrated and coherent actions on an objective platform, interrelated real possibilities, resources and demands creative, dynamic and flexible way. A decentralized management would properly ensure greater effectiveness in achieving systemic function that plays the municipal organization in Cuban society. It is enable the splitting of the capacities and resources which would enhance and multiply the production, at the same time that ensure greater responsibility and possibility of seeking solutions from the particular to the urgent problems that presents all local society.  Una gestión actualizada que conduzca a potenciar y fortalecer un desarrollo local en Cuba transita por una adecuada identificación y uso de los recursos endógenos, que desde el ámbito local se tiene que lograr con inteligencia, liderazgo e independencia de actuación, implica esta última un cambio en la concepción de la administración pública local, la cual debe poseer las prerrogativas necesarias para funcionar bajo este principio. An Exploration of Wisdom of Crowds using Neutrosophic Cognitive Maps

The wisdom of crowds (WOC) is a theory where it is believed that a multitude of people, unknown to each other and not experts in some subject, can reach more accurate conclusions on this subject than each of them would achieve individually; it could even have more accuracy than the result that a group of experts would obtain. This theory can be used to obtain information from the individual knowledge of an inexperienced crowd, including knowledge on complex phenomena. In this paper, the complex phenomenon is represented with the help of Neutrosophic Cognitive Maps (NCM), which allow us to capture the cause-effect relations among the concepts according to each of the individuals’ judgments. In this case, a dynamic processing of the results is carried out. The NCMs are aggregated following the WOC principles using an aggregation algorithm, which is based on the Fuzzy Negative-Positive-Neutral (NPN) logic. INNOVACIÓN EN EL PROCESO EDUCATIVO SUPERIOR A TRAVÉS DEL SERVICIO EN LA NUBE ERPAG

Esta investigación mixta evalúa el impacto de la aplicación ERPAG (servicio de nube para la planificación de recursos empresariales) en la asignatura Desarrollo de aplicaciones para los negocios, considerando las variables de eficiencia, utilidad, estética y uso. Cabe mencionar que este software permite a los alumnos aprender la arquitectura y el funcionamiento de los sistemas ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). Asimismo, el método ANOVA es utilizado para analizar la incorporación de esta aplicación web durante el proceso educativo por medio del grupo experimental (22 estudiantes) y grupo control (28 estudiantes). Los resultados obtenidos permiten afirmar que la aplicación ERPAG mejora el rendimiento académico de los universitarios al facilitar la vinculación de los contenidos teóricos con la práctica. Palabras clave

The development of digital tools is causing significant changes in teaching and learning. In particular, this mixed research evaluates the impact of the cloud application Lucidchart to describe the functioning and behavior of IT systems through the development of UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagrams. The sample is composed of 22 students who study the course Application Development at the University La Salle Campus Mexico City during the 2017 school year. This quantitative and qualitative study analyzes this software considering the aspects of functionality, learning, tool for the educational process, interface and service on the network. In conclusion, this research recommends the cloud applications available on Google Drive as Lucidchart for the purpose of building innovative educational experiences.El desarrollo de las herramientas digitales está provocando cambios significativos en la enseñanza y el aprendizaje. En particular, esta investigación mixta evalúa el impacto de la aplicación en la nube Lucidchart para describir el funcionamiento y comportamiento de los Sistemas Informáticos a través de la elaboración de los diagramas UML (Unified Modeling Language). Reflexión de los estudiantes sobre el impacto de la aplicación CRM como herramienta innovadora en el aprendizaje

El contexto educativo del Siglo XXI impulsa a los docentes, directores, coordinadores e investigadores a identificar, seleccionar y utilizar las diversas herramientas digitales que permitan la creación de espacios propicios para el aprendizaje. Hoy en dí­a, existe una gama amplia y variada de aplicaciones relacionadas con la Tecnologí­a de la Información y Comunicación (TIC) que aún no han sido utilizadas dentro y fuera del salón de clases. En este sentido, la incorporación de la aplicación CRM representa un medio innovador durante la realización de las actividades escolares al permitir la vinculación de los contenidos teóricos con la realidad. Esta investigación analiza la opinión de 85 estudiantes que cursan la Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia sobre el impacto de la aplicación CRM en el aprendizaje considerando el desarrollo de las competencias y la construcción de experiencias educativas interactivas, atractivas y dinámicas. Asimismo, este estudio de corte cuantitativo realizado en la Universidad La Salle campus Ciudad de México recomienda el uso de la aplicación CRM en el proceso educativo.  En conclusión, los profesores tienen la oportunidad de mejorar las condiciones de enseñanza-aprendizaje por medio del empleo de la tecnologí­a de vanguardia con la finalidad de formar individuos competentes y activos capaces de adaptarse a las necesidades actuales que demanda el entorno productivo

FILOSOFÍA DE LA COMUNICACIÓN, COMPLEMENTO NECESARIO EN EL APRENDIZAJE DE LAS CIENCIAS SOCIALES

PHILOSOPHY OF COMMUNICATION, NECESSARY COMPLEMENT IN THE LEARNING OF SOCIAL SCIENCES   RESUMEN La Filosofía de la Comunicación desempeña un importante papel en el aprendizaje de las ciencias sociales, contribuyendo en la formación de profesionales para la educación a diferentes niveles, significa un complemento especial que se caracteriza por el trabajo mancomunado de docentes universitarios, directivos y asesores de las escuelas, así como de los actores de la comunidad y de la sociedad en general. Al mismo tiempo, la cultura es la fuente de las acciones didácticas que despliega el docente en la institución cultural, por ello son múltiples los recursos disponibles para dirigir un proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de las Ciencias Sociales con calidad. En este trabajo se socializan algunas reflexiones al respecto, así como el papel que juega la investigación, innovación en la sociedad del conocimiento y su impacto en la preparación de docentes de estas ciencias. Se presentan algunos de los principales presupuestos teóricos y metodológicos, la conceptualización del papel de las Ciencias Sociales para promover un proceso desarrollador en los sujetos implicados, así como las peculiaridades institucionales para elevar la calidad del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. El objetivo se centra en ponderar el lugar de la didáctica en el proceso de formación de los docentes de Ciencias Sociales y el papel de las herramientas para elevar la preparación en este enseñar y aprender de los profesionales que se forman. ABSTRACT The Philosophy of Communication plays an important role in the learning of social sciences, contributing in the training of professionals for education at different levels; it means a special complement that is characterized by the joint work of university professors, managers and advisers of the schools, as well as the actors of the community and society in general. At the same time, culture is the source of the didactic actions displayed by the teacher in the cultural institution, which is why there are multiple resources available to direct a teaching-learning process of the Social Sciences with quality. In this work some reflections on this are socialized, as well as the role played by research, innovation in the knowledge society and its impact on the preparation of teachers of these sciences. Some of the main theoretical and methodological assumptions are presented, the conceptualization of the role of the Social Sciences to promote a developer process in the subjects involved, as well as the institutional peculiarities to raise the quality of the teaching-learning process. The objective is focused on pondering the place of didactics in the process of training social science teachers and the role of tools to raise the preparation in this teaching and learning of the professionals who are trained. PARTICIPACIÓN DE LOS ESTUDIANTES EN EL PROCESO DE ENSEÑANZA-APRENDIZAJE EN LA EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR DE ECUADOR

En el presente artículo se aborda la necesidad de instrumentar métodos que propician la participación productiva de los alumnos en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, considerándose los requerimientos generales de la enseñanza en su integridad de modo tal que realmente responda al sistema de vínculos y nexos que tiene con el resto de las categorías pedagógicas. El reconocimiento de la existencia de prácticas y técnicas que tienen origen en distintas matrices de pensamiento, debe ser un ejercicio permanente que inicia en las relaciones más subjetivas y se expande hacia Instituciones, normativas y otras esferas. REFLEXIONES ACERCA DE LA PERTINENCIA E IMPACTO DE LA EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR EN ECUADOR DESDE SU PERSPECTIVA ACTUAL

In the present article some reflections are made on the relevance and impact of Higher Education in Ecuador. Based on theoretical systematizations carried out, it is considered that this theme has evolved from a broad conception of the same to its close connection with quality, equity, social responsibility, diversity, intercultural dialogue and the contexts in which universities operate Contemporary art. All this aims to strengthen the conviction that institutions of higher education have an inescapable social responsibility, and not only academic and professional. And, most important, is that social responsibility, ultimately, is what really determines its relevance and quality. This conception of pertinence implies, to conceive the dynamics in the university as a space of construction of meaning and meaning among the subjects involved. The aspiration of a human and cultural university must consider the contradictions and challenges it demands from the existence of tempered universities in their social and historical time.En el presente artículo se hacen algunas reflexiones sobre la pertinencia e impacto de la Educación Superior en Ecuador. A partir de sistematizaciones teóricas realizadas se considera que esta temática ha evolucionado desde una concepción amplia de la misma hasta su estrecha vinculación con la calidad, la equidad, la responsabilidad social, la diversidad, el diálogo intercultural y los contextos en que se desenvuelven las universidades contemporáneas. Todo esto apunta a fortalecer la convicción de que las instituciones de educación superior tienen una ineludible responsabilidad social, y no solo académica y profesional. Y, lo más importante, es que dicha responsabilidad social, en última instancia, es la que realmente determina su pertinencia y calidad. Esta concepción de pertinencia implica, concebir la dinámica en la universidad como un espacio de construcción de significado y sentido entre los sujetos implicados.
